Magnum Helicopters collects SMS consent from customers in person during the pre-flight check-in process at our facility in Honolulu, HI. Before their flight, each customer completes a digital check-in form on a tablet. The form includes a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox with required disclosures including message frequency, data rates, opt-out and help instructions, and a link to our Privacy & Terms. Only customers who actively check the box receive SMS messages. The SMS consent checkbox is shown below:
